Hi Naseer,

 

If you have high triglycerides, the steps necessary to lower triglycerides (limiting simple sugars, limiting alcohol, increased physical activity, etc.) will benefit high blood sugar levels.

 

However, the steps to lower LDL cholesterol, will not have a significant impact on blood sugar levels (such as limiting saturated and trans fat intake).
