Susiewozi,   Thanks for your question.  Unfortunately, this question can only be answered by your physicians who know your history, physical findings and recent testing.  A patient's risk for any procedure is different is unique to that individual and is based on an assessment of his condition in relation to the anticipated procedure.  Your question discusses two major surgical procedures.  Your surgeons, as well as your primary care physician or cardiologist are best qualified to counsel you on the timing of these procedures as well as their risks.   I hope this has been helpful.  Best wishes for successful outcomes.   Martin Cane, M.D.
