Q: How many daily fat grams should I nee to loose weight?

Hi Bootsie,

 

This depends on your daily calorie intake while trying to lose weight.  I recommend fat intake be ~30% of your total daily calories.

 

If you are following 1500 calories per day your fat intake (30%) would be 450 calories or 50 grams.
