Q: will vitamin b 12 help with lowering cholesterol

 

will vitamin B12 help lower cholesteral?

Hi Pam Rice:

 

I have found, there is some reasearch out there showing Vitamin B12 has lowering effects on cholesterol. But the research has been limited, so currently there are no recommended dosage amounts of B12 to specifically lower cholesterol.
