Hi Gabby,   Congratulations on lowering your cholesterol and triglycerides - great job!   I have not researched soy lecithin extensively, so I'm not going to address that supplement, but I will tell you that omega 3 is safe and recommended to reduce cholesterol levels.  By supplementing omega 3 fatty acids you improve the ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 fatty acids in your diet.  This is beneficial for reducing inflammation problems and heart disease risk.   If you would like to learn more about omega 3 fatty acids, I recommend checking out the following three articles - Get a Grip on Fatty Acids, Top 5 Omega 3 Sources to Lower Cholesterol, Omega 3's - How much to lower cholesterol?   All the best,   Lisa Nelson, RD, LN The Heart of Health - Heart Health and Weight Loss Tips
