If you are a female, a waist measurement over 35 inches (40" for men) is a sign of increased risk of heart disease. Also you should have a BMI (Body Mass Index) in the low 20's. Diet and exercise is of upmost importance in decreasing the risk of heart disease. Stay away from saturated fats and transfats also.
Have a wonderful long life!
