Hi Dawn,

 

You'd have a better idea of your heart health by getting a comprehensive lipid profile, such as an LPP (Lipoprotein Particle Profile).  This would tell you the particle size of your HDL and LDL molecules and whether or not you have reason for concern.  Dr. Shelby-Lane mentions this briefly in the following post:
