The abilty of exercise to reduce cholesterol has been noted in many studies.  This was seen in those who exercised regularly over a period of months, as opposed to someone who did vigorous exercising on the day of the test.  I am not aware of any study that suggests that the results will be substantially altered when you exercised vigorously on the day of the study.
