Does white tea offer the choloesterol fighting benefits that green tea offers? I read one article a while back that made it sound even better, but since have only read about green tea being pretty great? Thanks!

Green Tea to Lower Cholesterol? Not so fast
White tea has less oxidation than green tea (or any of the other tea options), so in theory it should be a healthier choice. However, I'm not familiar with a lot of research on white tea.
