Q: My recent blood test showed elevated triglycerides, 222. What should I do?

My other numbers are good.  Total cholesterol is 192, HDL is 60, LDL 88.  I am 5' 110 lbs. active and relatively healthy female of 54.  I do take meds for hypothyroidism, osteoporosis, and migraines.

Are there "natural" cures for for high triglycerides?
