Q: Currently taking 40mg. Lipitor.Cholesterol- 149,LDL-96,HDL35,Tric 92. Is my HDL too low,if so,what can Ido about it? Dan Hazelton

Hi D Hazelton,

 

The American Heart Association recommends the ideal HDL level be greater than 60 mg/dl. Here's a post with more information:
