I just did that Friday..They call them lunches here. My girlfriend and her husband have been on this for 2 months and his is now down from 298 to 192 and hers was 267 and is now 173 and he can't take statin drugs so the Dr recommended he stay on this for his cholesterol and all 3 of my couples have had the same progress. I have a lunch with there Dr in the middle of April. Thanx and take care.
