Hi Frannie, There are different particle sizses when it comes to LDL cholesterol. More comprehensive cholesterol tests provide results on your levels of the different sizes of LDL cholesterol. What you need to know is if your LDL particle level of 1605 is small, dense LDL (or greater concern) or the larger LDL particles.
