Here are the recommendations of the American Heart Association:
Total cholesterol less than 200HDL cholesterol at least > 40, ideally > 60LDL cholesterol at least less than 130, ideally less than 100Triglycerides less than 150 (VLDL <30)
So, your HDL is on the low side and triglycerides elevated. These two go hand-in-hand and the steps you take to lower triglycerides will raise HDL and vice versa. FYI - VLDL levels are calculated from triglycerides - triglycerides divided by 5 equal VLDL.
