Hi Mariel, Here are the recommendations of the American Heart Association:   Total cholesterol less than 200HDL cholesterol at least > 40, ideally > 60LDL cholesterol at least less than 130, ideally less than 100Triglycerides less than 150 (VLDL <30)   So, your HDL is on the low side and triglycerides elevated.  These two go hand-in-hand and the steps you take to lower triglycerides will raise HDL and vice versa. FYI - VLDL levels are calculated from triglycerides - triglycerides divided by 5 equal VLDL.   Check out these two posts:   Tips on How to Raise Your HDLTriglycerides: Why They Matter and How to Lower Them   On possible reason for elevated neutrophils and WBC is an infection.  I would discuss with your physician.   All the best, Lisa Nelson RD How to Lower Cholesterol in 8 Simple Steps
