Congratulations! You've done a fantastic job shedding the excess pounds. Unfortunately excess skin takes a significant length of time to decrease. One non-surgical step to promote a reduction in excess skin is to boost your lean body mass (muscle). If you've been mostly using aerobic activity to lose the excess weight it may be beneficial to add in weight training to develop your muscle mass. I recommend discussing with your physician (or if you have a bariatric surgery practice in your location, they'd be a great resource). They likely have additional tips you could implement that are non-surgical.
