Q: Does mango restrict the cholesterol level?

Hi Debashish,

 

Mango is a fruit and impacts cholesterol levels just as any other fruit does. It contains fiber, which is beneficial to lowering cholesterol. However, fruit contains natural sugars and if consumed in excess may negatively impact triglyceride levels.
