Unfortunately, I do not know of a set length of time it takes for the symptoms to resolve themselves. May be a few weeks/days for one person and much longer for another. I recommend discussing with your physician. He/she may want to run some tests to see if you have any deficiencies that need to be corrected. For example, statin medications impact coenzyme Q10 levels.

thanks, started q10 after i talked to a couple of people with same problem ,about three days ago they all said i should have been taking it all along, no one told me i just hope the leg pains go away ,never would have started a station if i new so many people have so many problems like this, fish oil q10 better diet is the way iam going I will still follow up with doc but she wants me to get mri she said i could have lower disc problem i really dont want to get it but she said not to take any chances i think Ill get blood work first.
