Q: I am trying so hard to lose weight and it seems that the more i try to lose weight the more i gain...what should i do?

Hi Tieri,

 

It is possible the more you focus on food/calories/denying yourself the more you end up consuming, which sabotages your efforts to lose weight. It's critical you find a weight loss plan that fits into your everyday routine, so you don't feel you are sacrificing and struggling to stay with a set plan.
