my dr told me that the "bad' choleserol i have is 170 is that really that high
i am 49 yr old female., overweight by about 70 lbs. smoke., dont drink., take heart meds for arterial flutter. and crestor for the cholesterol. plus anti deppressents zoloft, klonopin for anxiety for many yrs., my bad cholesterol is 170 right now. i am not sure which one is the bad., the good., all i know is i have to lower it with diet and meds., does this seem very high? my blood pressure is somewhat high too., always over 140.
i see a heart dr. on a reg. basis.
