Hi Camille,   Red guinoa is beneficial because its a great low fat source of protein and provides some dietary fiber.  For recipes, I would do a google search for "red guinoa recipes".  I'm sure you'll get more than enough options!  Just be mindful of recipes that add in saturated fats.  Healthy "Cooking Light" type cookbooks may also provide recipes utilizing red guinoa.   All the best, Lisa Nelson RD How to Lower Cholesterol in 8 Simple Steps
