I have the same problem.  My triglycerides are over 1,000, cholesterol 344, blood sugar range from 140's to over 300 and my good cholesterol is also low.  However I have low blood pressure.  For the past 16 years I have had to eat a low fat, low sugar high protein diet and I don't drink alcohol.  I can't eat that stuff since they took my gall bladder out 16 years ago or I will get very sick.  I am 51, 5.7 and 140 lbs.  None of this makes sense at all.  I certainly can't change my diet or loose weight or stop drinking.  the doctor recently put me on Lopid.  He thinks there is some other reason for these results and I go back to see him next week.  I am a minute away from a stroke or a heart attack as well.  It is very frustrating when I don't do any of the things that cause these kind of tests results.   I certainly can sympathize with you and your frustration.   Lets hope they figure something out.   Take care
