Hi,   This is Sam and i want to maintain my lipid Profile HDL, LDL and Triglyceride levels. Just tell me about Penut Butter in the morning , Honey + Cinnamon powder first thing in the morning. I red a very popular and approved home remedy to maintain Lipid Profile by taking One table of Honey and one Tea spoon of Cinnamon Powder first thing in the morning.   Also so what specific food i can include in my Daily dite to maintain good level of lipid profile including, Fruits and Vegitables.   Currently i take one Apple and one Orange in the morning for breakfast in afternoon again one apple and one oragnge or some times any thing low in fats   in evening for supper or dinner any thing cooked at home but if low in fats and a cup of Green Tea and some fresh salad .   No black tea, no milk, no eggs, no very sweet things.   I am 29 years old also i didnt have much physicl activities but now i have started walk when i get up in the morning i take a 20 mins walk and then in evening when getting back to home from office i take about 20 mins of walk.   I used to do Gym about 7 years a ago now i have leaft but i want to start again.   I am 6 feet tall and i am about 92 Kg Heavey.   Thanks,
