Q: What to do if ONLY one's LDL is too high.

All of my readings are in the approved numbers...for example total cholesterol is 180....Triglycerides 92...HDL 51......but the LDL is too high 111.....I am a Weight Watcher...limit fats...eat healthy...exercise hard two days a week at the gym under supervision.  What can I do to zero in on the LDL?

I also recommend discussing a comprehensive lipid panel with your physician to learn your LDL particle sizes to better determine treatment needs.
