Q: Does honey, sugar substitutes or nondairy creamers affect cholesterol

Hi Dot,

 

While honey is "natural" it is sugar and sugar impacts your triglycerides.  So, yes, honey if used in excess could affect your cholesterol levels.

 

Non-dairy creamer and sugar substitute do not affect cholesterol levels.
