Q: Tricor side effects

Can tricor cause constipation and sexual side effects? I have been taking it for a month and have had no desire for intercourse and that is not normal for me. I feel bad for my husband and myself.  I have no desire at all and cannot reach the big "O".  Frown

Also, the constipation has been horrible.

I also started taking the coQ10 and a b-complex vitamin (recommended by the pharmacist) at the same time as starting the tricor but still feel it is the tricor medicine.

Any help would be appreciated

Hi Lynda,

Yes, a decreased libido and constipation are both potential side effects of Tricor.  I recommend consulting your physician about your symptoms and to determine your options.
