Q: can you ,eat raisins and avocado with high triglyceride level ?

Hi Jim,

 

Dried fruit, such as raisins, can cause blood sugar spikes, so best to limit your intake of raisins if you have high triglycerides.  Avocados are high in a healthy type of fat and will not adversely impact triglycerides in moderation.
