Q: I'm not over weight at all but my cholesterol level is 204. what shall I do?

 female.

 41 years old.

 blood pressure is 122/80

 blood suger is 93

 hight is 5'-3"

 wieght is 123 pounds

 cholesterol level is 204.

 what shall I do to reduce the cholesterol level?

Hi Sipa,

 

You'd be better able to determine if lowering your total cholesterol is necessary by knowing the breakdown of your cholesterol (i.e. HDL, LDL, and triglycerides).  A comprehensive lipid panel is ideal to determine if cholesterol particle sizes are "good" or "bad" and if action needs to be taken.
