i exercise and eat 1900 cal per day. no weight loss. why?

i exercise at least 4 times a week burning 500 cal per work out, approximately. I eat no more than 1900 calories a day. why am i not losing weight?

There are too many possibilities to pinpoint exactly what's going on in your situation.  Possibilities could be you're consuming too many calories to support weight loss, too few calories, workout intensity isn't high enough, workout doesn't include right activities, low metabolism, not consuming a balanced diet, and the list goes on. What medications are you on.  Antidepressants, Bipolar meds... Many of them inhibit the ability to lose weight... or

 

Are you or were you ever anorexic, bulimic?  If so, this may have slowed your metabolism way down.

 

These are two things that have an effect on proper and normal weight loss.  Also, diabetics have a problem as well.  There are many factors... really.

 

Talk to a specialist, which is a Metobolic Doctor, that is educated in testing and treating the metabolism.
