Hi Sherrylmani,   There are too many possibilities to pinpoint exactly what's going on in your situation.  Possibilities could be you're consuming too many calories to support weight loss, too few calories, workout intensity isn't high enough, workout doesn't include right activities, low metabolism, not consuming a balanced diet, and the list goes on.
