i have thin forearms but with central obesity .. what should i do ?

i have very thin limbs as compare to my central body .. what should i do to improve it ?

Hello AD,

 

I would suggest a healthy diet and an exercise plan. If you are worried about your weight, especially in certain areas, a trip to the gym might be a good idea. At your local gym there are personal trainers, who you will be able to sign up with, and they will help you lose the weight you have in your core area.
