Q: what kind of food should a child under 12 not eat to reduce cholesterol?

can you please give me a short list so i can have some ideas.thank you

Hi Jackie,

Should not eat red meat, and other foods high in saturated fat.  But, my doctor told me that 80% of your cholesterol is made in the liver and only 20% of your cholesterol is from the foods that you eat.
