Q: medical advise

I am 48yrs old,my medical report shows my cholesterol level to be 6.63.What are the possible risks and how can i lower it?.(ichoorehman@hotmail.com)

Hi Ishad,

 

An elevated blood cholesterol level increases your risk for heart disease, such as plaque build-up in your arteries. Here is a post with tips for lowering cholesterol levels:
