Hi Koukla313,
I think your numbers look good, even though your total cholesterol is slightly elevated. You triglycerides are nice and low and HDL high, which is what you want. An LDL of 120 isn't bad either. You could work to lower LDL by boosting dietary fiber or plant sterol intake, but I wouldn't be overly concerned. Consult your physician to determine if you need to take action.
Also, I do not generally recommend supplement omega 6 fatty acids.
