Total Cholesterol was 123 on 29.4.08, 125 on 04.08.08 and 114 on 04.11.08
HDL was 48, 42 and 36 on the above dates
LDL was 48, 42 and 36 on the above dates
Triglycerides was 64, 109 and 100 on the above dates
The ratio CHOL/HDL was 2.5, 3.0 and 3.2 on the above dates.
I go for a brisk walk for one hour on all six days except Sunday. I do not know how to increase HDL so that CHOL/HDL is maintained at 2.5. I had CABG in November last year.
Can any one suggest what to do?
