Q: High Cholesterol, Low Triglycerides

I've just got back my first blood test, and I am a bit concerned about my cholesterol levels.

Glucose 4.5 mmol/L (81 mg/dl)
Cholesterol 7.2 mmol/L (280.8 mg/dl)
HDL 1.9 mmol/L (74.1 mg/dl)
LDL 5 mmol/L (195mg/dl)
Triglycerides: 0.57 mmol/L (50.73 mg/dl)

Total / HDL = 280.8/74.1 = 3.7

Trig/HDL (Calc): 50.73/74.1 = 0.68

I am not entirely sure how to read this blood result . My Cholesterol is way high but the HDL and Triglycerides look good. Do I need to be concerned? Any help in making sense of this would be really appreciated.
