i am 22 years old and i exercise alot but am not tone, what can i doing wrong.

i am 22 years onle.  5 9' and 141 pounds. I exercise every day and eat healthy.    I used to weigh 180 pounds 6 years ago and have keep it of with a tough diet and exercise 6 days a week.  My problem is that i can not get tone. HELP!
