Here is where you want your cholesterol numbers to fall.
Total Cholesterol - less than 200 mg/dL
HDL (good) cholesterol - greater than 60 mg/dL
LDL (bad) cholesterol - less than 130 mg/dL
Triglycerides - less than 200 mg/dL
