What can I do for my body to absorbe B-12, When I give myself a shot y do I get so tired??? I am always tired, but worse a couple of hours after a shot. My b-12 level  is btwn 120-130... I have gone through two series of giving myself shots for 14 days both times, then once a week for 4 weeks, and my level went down after the first series, now my dr. wants me to wait one more month before he checks  the levels again... is this associated with high cholesterol?

This video animation shows how cholesterol behaves in the blood stream. Cholesterol is a soft, fat-like, waxy substance found in the bloodstream and in all your body's cells.
