In response to:

I am really surprised that your doctor didn't perform a Liposcience blood test on you. I had the same numbers as you do,and my doctor wanted to put me on the generic version of Zocor. However, the Liposcience test showed that the composition of my blood was good. As a result I am now taking Fish oil and flaxseed oil. I exercise and control my blood pressure. Hope this helps.
