Q: How many grams of sugar are allowed per meal, when you are diabetic.

Hi Curious,

 

Calculating your carbohydrate ratios for a diabetic diet can be complicated and is partly based on your daily calorie needs.  I recommend obtaining a referral from your physician for a dietitian to establish a well-balanced diabetic meal plan.
