Q: how do i get rid of lower abdominal fat. I perform all the right sit ups and eat no junk food...

I train twice a day and my usual diet is

 

breakfeast - porridge with no milk or salt

 

lunch - salad with tuna

 

dinner - pasta and meat with no salt or sauces added

 

snacks - fruit

 

and i always drink water and i take calcium tablets....what am i doing wrong though

Hi Bulletz,

 

Targeting just your belly fat is difficult.  The best way to shed the belly fat is through aerobic activities that burn calories and fat, such as brisk walking, jogging, swimming, and biking.  Include activities that trim the waistline, such as crunches.  For results, it's necessary to follow a well balanced diet that promotes a calorie deficit (burn more calories than you eat in a typical day). 

 

It sounds like you are doing all of the above - stick with it.
