Recently diagnosed with HC

Concerned about my health and others. I was recently diagnosed with High Cholesterol by my Doctor, and she recommended that I use diet and exercise to get my cholesterol down. Right now its 229, with my LDL at 140....if anyone has any suggestions please feel free to contact me. Thanks R Reed

Surviving Gas On Legumes

As much as I want to lower my cholesterol AND eat cheaper the dried legumes are killing me! And, the max dosage of beano does not work for me. Does anyone out there have any suggestions on ways to economically de-gas the bean situation? -R      http://recoveryalternatives.blogpot.com/
