Instead of candy this year I got 26 brown paper bags in each goes cash from 1cent to 1 dollar kids then select one bag like in deal or no deal. The cash is theirs and there is no candy or other goodies left in the house. Ps it can be set so 2 sets of bags costs less than mini candy bars.

Reducing cholesterol/LDL/triglycerides & Increasing HDL

My current TC=360; Triglycerides - 549; LDL - 199; HDL -41.   15 years ago my TC was 330.   How much plaque would have been deposited by now?
