Reducing cholesterol/LDL/triglycerides & Increasing HDL
My current TC=360; Triglycerides - 549; LDL - 199; HDL -41. 15 years ago my TC was 330. How much plaque would have been deposited by now? Is there a way to identify where it is causing problems? It DOES get better. Once you get over the initial shock of learning you're a candidate for the complications of high cholesterol, you can do what you need to do for yourself and your family. When I think of straying I remember my doctor's jolting admonition: "You have three goals: no heart attack, no stroke and no death". ... Read more
