living with heart disease

I have high cholesterol for about 10 years now. I also have syndrome x which is high cholesterol, high triglycerides, and border line glucose levels. I am 56 years old and taking many medicines'. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Living with high cholesterol

Weight Loss Surgery

dealing fine

Hi i just found out i have very high cholesterol im shocked i take care of myself. I have to im a severe epeleptic so i dont have a choice. I have to go right on meds and dont understand what all this means.
