How can I raise my HDL levels?

Inconsistent test results?

Two months ago my cholesterol was measured at 293 mg. Test was repeated since I had never had a reading above 195 before. Second test was 295. If You Look Long Enough

Just wanted to share with you folks how I got my cholesterol under control. It was with a herbal supplement called Cholestasys.
