Just found this site today and decided to check the ol' bodyfat... Your ResultsYou have 15.2% body fat.You have 28.9 Pounds of fat and 161.1 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water). Weight is 190 (according to my home scale). Ultimate goal is 12% or so. t

Eggs Leonard

My breakfast receipe:8 oz. of egg beaters1/2 onion2 large mushrooms1 teaspoon of minced garlic1 tablespoon of non fat sour cream1/2 large red pepper2 slices of tomato.I tablespoon of nonfat cream cheese.Mix eggs and garlic with sourcream.Fry all other veggies in olive oil until soft.Then add egg mixture. Add the cream cheese while cooking.

can't take statins--now what ???

Lots of heart disease in family.. (I am 73 with "normal" stress test) Cardiologist wants my LDL lower that 100.. Vytorin did great but got some muscle soreness.( negative for rhabomyolysis ? spelling) after 4 months on Zetia only-total cholesterol 213 and HDL 56, LDL 130. I exercise 3 x week at health club and walk 30 min. other days.
