how to interpret the value of the cholesterol level?

I am hoping if someone can help me with these questions. We are having trouble understanding these numbers. One is this. My friend has taken cholesterol level checked without fasting and the value was 278mg/dl. Trigryceride was also higer than referenced value. I forgot the number. She ate 2 slices of... Reason for 40%+ rise in LDL

My first lipid panel showed: TC=195, HDL=35,LDL=95, Triglycerides=325. At this same time abnormal liver function due to anti-biotics was shown.
