Do I Really Need To Worry About My Cholesterol

People who take statins to lower their cholesterol may be
increasing their risk for developing Parkinson's disease, new
studies have shown. Researchers have found that people with low
cholesterol levels appear to be more likely to develop Parkinson's.
Because so many people take statins like Lipitor and Vytorin,
experts worry that there could be a surge in Parkinson's diagnoses
in the next five years as people begin to show the drugs' effects.
