Study: Crestor best at boosting good cholesterol

A new study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association has found that Crestor is better than some other statins at increasing good cholesterol. Researchers compared Pravachol, Lipitor, and Crestor in the study and found all three statins raised good cholesterol numbers by an average of 8 percent. But of the three meds, Crestor raised patients' good cholesterol the most. Read more »
